There are many reasons why you may choose to rent the Capitol facilities. The West Auditorium—a 1,003-seat house—is not only grand but is acoustically exceptional. In addition to traditional on-stage performances, the theater is appropriate for large-attendance presentations and corporate meetings.
The Capitol Grand Lobby provides versatile accommodations for a wide variety of events. You may choose to use the entire area, including the Salutz Family Lobbies with concession and mingling space or you may prefer a more intimate setting in The Mertens Lounge. On the second floor, accessible by elevator and staircase, you will find the Webster Family Lounge. From business meetings to receptions and celebrations, to intimate gatherings, the Capitol Grand Lobby is the perfect venue in downtown Manitowoc for your next event.
