Hours of Operation
The Box Office is open one (1) hour prior to all performances.
Box Office hours are: Monday, Tuesday, and Saturday from 9 am to 1 pm and Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 12 pm to 5 pm. Box Office staff can also be reached via email at boxoffice@cccshows.org or by phone, (920) 683-2184.
Safety Protocols
Not Feeling Well?
If you are feeling sick, or are experiencing any symptoms, please stay home. During this time, we’ll happily refund your ticket. Please contact the box office to discuss refund options. Thank you for your consideration of other guests, volunteers, and staff.
Mask Policy
We reserve the right to unilaterally make changes to health protocols according to updated public health guidance and applicable law. COVID-19 related health protocols may be in effect at the time of performance, including, without limitation, required: the wearing of masks, temperature checks, testing, confirmation of prior travel to restricted areas, and/or confirmation of no known symptoms of and exposure to COVID-19. Future updates will be provided to ticket holders prior to the performance. Any ticket holder who does not comply with any COVID-19-related health protocol may be required to leave the venue, and his/her ticket will not be refunded. Guests with accessibility questions or who require additional assistance related to the venue’s COVID-19 policies may email boxoffice@cccshows.org or call (920) 683-2184.
Assumption of Risk
COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place regardless of precautions that may have been taken. Ticket buyers, on their behalf and on behalf of any accompanying parties, agree to (1) assume all risks associated with COVID-19 and other communicable diseases and (2) comply with all related health & safety policies of the organizations.

Ticketing
The Capitol Civic Centre utilizes Choice Ticketing as the official ticketing company for all ticketed events. Tickets may be purchased online at cccshows.org, by phone at (920) 683-2184, or at the Box Office. All sales are final. No refunds!
Ticket Resellers
Please be advised that any other ticketing website or outlet is not an authorized seller, or reseller, of tickets for events at the Capitol Civic Centre. Purchasing tickets outside of Choice Ticketing and the Capitol Civic Centre may result in fraudulent tickets or tickets that cannot be used for entry. These tickets will not be exchanged or refunded by the Capitol Civic Centre or Choice Ticketing.
Inclement Weather
If a performance is cancelled due to weather, the Capitol Civic Centre notifies local media (Seehafer News, Gannett Media) and places a notice on the Capitol’s Facebook page. If the performance is cancelled, a full refund will be issued. If the show is rescheduled, your ticket will be valid for the new date. In either case, the patron who purchased the ticket will be contacted by email or phone. Anytime a performance occurs, no matter the weather conditions, a refund cannot be issued.
