cho·rale

/kəˈral,-ˈräl/

noun

  1. a musical composition (or part of one) consisting of or resembling a harmonized version of a simple, stately hymn tune.
  2. a choir or choral society.

The Community Chorale provides local singers of all ages the opportunity to rehearse and perform while making new friends. In addition to learning classic songs, Chorale members also have the opportunity to perform original music. Rehearsals take place on Monday evenings at the Capitol Civic Centre. Each “semester” of rehearsals culminates in a concert performance on the stage of the Capitol Civic Centre. There are also opportunities for additional community performances.

Tuition is $75 per session. Tuition fees cover the cost of music rental and licensing and include one complimentary ticket for the final concert.
