Assumption of Risk
COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place regardless of precautions that may have been taken. Ticket buyers, on their behalf and on behalf of any accompanying parties, agree to (1) assume all risks associated with COVID-19 and other communicable diseases and (2) comply with all related health & safety policies of the organizations.
As we return to delivering the joy of live performance at the Capitol Civic Centre, our goal is to assure patrons of a sense of safety while attending an event at our venue. To that end, we have established updated guidelines as we welcome you back.
At the Performance:
Please check the description of each event for specific seating capacity information. Events occurring between June 1 and August 21 will have capacities set at 25% or 50% of the maximum seating. Beginning August 22, events will return to regular capacity.
Face masks are mandatory until seated for all patrons through June 18. After June 18, patrons who are fully vaccinated will not be required to wear masks when attending performances. Consistent with the CDC guidance, it is recommended that patrons who are not vaccinated continue to wear masks at this time.
Hand sanitizer stations have been dispersed throughout public and backstage areas of the Capitol.
We have invested in additional cleaning products to ensure highly touched surfaces are frequently cleaned and that the theater and all public spaces are disinfected between events.
At this time, all artist meet-and-greets and merchandise sales are discontinued.
Bartenders will no longer handle payment. An additional staff member will handle all cash and credit transactions.
There will be designated order stations.
The Capitol will encourage social distancing at our restroom locations. Floor decals will indicate 6’ distancing as well as how the line should form.
Cleaning staff will frequently address restroom areas during the show.
The Capitol Civic Centre utilizes Choice Ticketing as the official ticketing company for all ticketed events. Tickets may be purchased online at cccshows.org, by phone at (920) 683-2184, or at the Box Office.
Please be advised that any other ticketing website or outlet is not an authorized seller, or reseller, of tickets for events at the Capitol Civic Centre. Purchasing tickets outside of Choice Ticketing and the Capitol Civic Centre may result in fraudulent tickets, or tickets that cannot be used for entry. These tickets will not be exchanged or refunded by the Capitol Civic Centre or Choice Ticketing.
