Yesterday and Today, The Interactive Beatles Experience

Home  /  Upcoming  /  Capitol Concert Series  /  Current Page

The late William McGuigan shared his love of the Beatles—and his complete Beatles catalog—with his sons, Billy, Ryan, and Matthew. It would turn out to be one of the greatest gifts he would pass on to his children who have united their musical talents, charms, and passions for performing, creating the ultimate living tribute to their father, and delighting audiences around the world.

Yesterday and Today is a unique audience interactive concert experience, born out of the idea that everyone has a story or particular memory attached to the legendary music of The Beatles. Since debuting in 2007, every concert is unique, as the songs and stories change. Audience members place “requests” for a song and share their stories related to the song. The McGuigan boys, who have learned the entire Beatles catalog, perform Beatles songs based on these requests. This concert goes beyond sheer entertainment and perhaps offers a hint of music therapy.
