Miss Harbor Cities & Miss Harbor Cities’ Teen Competition – hosted by Miss Wisconsin 2022 Kylene Spanbauer and television journalist Gabriella Premus.

Spectators will enjoy entertainment by Kaleidoscope Dance Studio and Miss Harbor Cities’ Teen, Katherine Vadney, during the competition. The on-stage competition will consist of health and wellness, talent, evening wear, and onstage interview. The evening will culminate with the exciting crowning of the new Miss Harbor Cities & Miss Harbor Cities’ Teen who will go on to represent the Manitowoc-Two Rivers area at Miss Wisconsin and Miss Wisconsin’s Teen in June in Oshkosh, WI.

The Miss Harbor Cities Organization is a 501c3 nonprofit whose mission is to, provide scholarship assistance to women ages 13-28, foster mentorship and professional development opportunities, and support community service initiatives. As a local preliminary for Miss Wisconsin and Miss America, the annual competition gathers hundreds in Manitowoc for events, competition, and celebration.

Miss America is one of the nation’s leading achievement programs and the world’s largest provider of scholarship assistance for women. Each of these talented and educated women promotes the American Heart Association along with a personal community service initiative upon which she provides service to her community.

The show will also feature a top-tier raffle. In the past ten years of awarding scholarships to women across the state, MHC has also seen their titleholders excel with four becoming Miss Wisconsin, and one becoming Miss Wisconsin’s Teen and Miss America!
