Glenn Miller Orchestra

Formed in 1937, Glenn Miller Orchestra is still the most sought-after Big Band in the world, with more than 500,000 people annually attending performances! How fortunate we are that they are making a tour stop — one of typically 300 each year — at the Capitol for a memorable evening of classic Big Band music!

Recipient of the first awarded Gold Record for Chattanooga Choo Choo, Glenn Miller Orchestra has been on the road longer than any other Big Band. Hearing them live is a testament to why they remain popular today. With a repertoire exceeding 1,700 compositions, the band is enjoyed by dance music fans of all ages.
