Join the Lakeshore Wind Ensemble and conductor Jeremiah Eis for our last concert of the season, celebrating our nation’s 250th anniversary with “An American Salute: New York, New York.” Enjoy vocalist Kim Hofmann’s rousing rendition of Frank Sinatra’s “New York, New York,” and the Broadway hit “Selections from West Side Story” by Leonard Bernstein. Also included will be a salute to veterans, a tribute to 9/11 with Eric Ewazen’s moving “A Hymn for the Lost and the Living,” and other connections to one of America’s most legendary cities.
