Join us for an eclectic mix of electric songs from the early days of synthesized music including Tommy Forsey Big Band's T.D's Boogie Woogie; Electric Light Orchestra's, Mr. Blue Sky; the disco version of Beethoven's Fifth; and more modern music from Journey, Van Halen, and Muse. Vocalists include Kim Hoffman, Rachel Ziolkowski, Sam Oswald, Maddie Woller and Manitowoc area high school choirs. We are really "charged up" for this concert!

Historically, seafarers have pushed science and technology forward, and who better to captivate and expand children’s horizons than the swaggering stuff of Pirate School? Subjects include simple machines, air pressure/lift, math = navigation, aerodynamics of a cannonball, and things that go “boom!”

Jack has grown an enormous beanstalk, scaled to the top, and stolen a golden harp and gold-laying goose from the sleeping giant. However, the giant has awoken and has caught up to Jack who is forced to find ways to divert the giant’s attention and avoid becoming his afternoon snack. With every story Jack spins, the giant becomes more dissatisfied, but Jack is determined in this production suitable for Grade 3.

Guest pianist Dr. Justin Krueger, Vice President of the Wisconsin Music Teachers Association will be performing the now 100-year old Rhapsody in Blue by George Gershwin.
