MANITOWOC, WI – The Capitol Civic Centre is excited to announce that DAYBREAK: The Music & Passion of Barry Manilow, one of the most authentic tribute acts to hit the music scene, will be taking the stage on Friday, January 9, 2026, at 7:30 pm. Fans are invited to take a nostalgic musical journey back to the 70s and beyond, experiencing Barry Manilow’s biggest hits the way they remember them.
The show celebrates the career of Barry Manilow, widely regarded as one of pop music’s most successful artists, known for his “heart on the sleeve” sentiment, lyrical craftsmanship, and highly orchestrated productions. With 51 Top 40 singles, including 13 number-ones, Manilow’s catalog provides a soundtrack for a generation.
Leading the performance is veteran musician and accomplished pianist Joe Hite. He helms an impressive 8-piece ensemble that brings to life timeless classics such as “Mandy,” “Can’t Smile Without You,” and the foot-stomping rhythm of “Copacabana.” The group strives to present Manilow’s music and passion to perfection, keeping the beloved songs alive for all ages.
The performance will be held on Friday, January 9, 2026, at 7:30 pm. Ticket prices range from $30 to $50 for regular admission and $23 to $43 for students. Additionally, Rush Tickets are available one hour before the performance, offering a 50% discount for educators, students, and first responders with ID.
